  This was a very cool field of yellow and blue wildflowers.  Purple!   Purple, yellow, and red -- nice combination.   Hard to see, but these trees looked like a stock-tie area for the old miners.  View of the Hyndman Creek crossing, and the (barely visible) old mining trail which heads up to Big Basin.
