  There was a small cot just below the near windowsill that can't be seen. That's about it.  Mayela standing on the observation deck.   Looking down at some trailhead parking for the "Hungarian Ridge Trail" (for you Stephen).   No Overnight Camping in the outhouse! Okay?  Getting ready to head out. The sun was about to set, and it was getting windy, so we were getting a little chilly.
