  About 1800 feet up, we were fairly tired already. But the view was gorgeous. Hungry Horse reservoir is in the background.  Another shot of the reservoir. Note the storm clouds starting to move in.   The summit of Great Northern, from about 3 miles (and 2500 vertical feet) away. Looks pretty cold today.   Enjoying another great view from a clearing about 2300 feet above the trailhead.  Mayela and tree.
