  Mayela & Nicole returning from the end of the mine shaft (about 100 yards in).  Nature lesson. Christoper really got a kick out of watching this. Nicole was more grossed out.   Nicole and Christopher "on the mountain" about 1/4 mile from the trailhead. Nicole was quite the leader on this excursion.   Paul and Christopher "climbing the mountain". The kids got an unbelievable kick out of this.  Dad & Christopher atop the rock outcropping. Christopher made it to the top, all by himself!
