  Another shot of this swamp-like ground.  We tried to stay above the frozen lake, since it would mean losing a lot of altitude if we dropped down to it.   Pretty cool gnarled old tree.   IMGP2455  We're on the way up. Just a few hundred feet up the side of Castle Peak. Lots of loose stuff.
