  Sentinels.  The boulder in the background left is about the size of a small house.   Close-up of the boulder where I decided to climb it. To get an idea of scale, that ledge in the middle is about 15 feet long and about 2 feet wide.   At the top of the boulder, looking down. I think it was around 50 feet.  This tree trunk was completely burned out.
